Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. You may inspect the product, but it must not be used beyond what is necessary to check its nature and function.

For hygiene reasons, products with opened or damaged protective seals, foils, or closures cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us before returning the item so we can resolve the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
